The Committee on Industry and Labor moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefore a new title, to read as follows:

H. B. 2546 -- “A Bill to amend and reenact §21-5-4 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to allowing property costs to be deducted from an employee’s final paycheck if the property is not returned.”
